Windows Vista Update

very disappointed with Windows Vista 64 bit

This is the secound device that I have bought that does not recognize Vista 64 bit.

I don't understand why a op system so advanced can't be configured to work with my new cell phone with your Windows mobile 6.1.

And as usual no one wants to take ownership of this problem.

You spend hours on the phone, inet trying to figure out what the problem is and never get anyone to say what should have been said from the begining...

You need a new computer you need a new device. Why do we have to read the fine print? Why can't manufactures simple say before the item is bought that it will not work with this op system?

Come on are you so interisted in making one sale that there is no need to keep people happy to return agian as a customer another day?
