Vista Bug Issue code: 946532

I have an issue with Vista home Prem 64. Searching the net I have found many people with the same unrecoverable problem, I believe your number 946532.

SP1 apparently solves this which means it has been known about for some time, but many people with SP1 are still finding the problem.

Surely there is a fix for this, can you help?
