I decided to purchase a new computer as mine worked but was very slow.
It was an eMachines and when we went to purchase a new one did not realize that there would be such a big difference with the Vista version.
I've had nothing but continuous problems, I have no idea what I'm doing as am unable to get any assistance..everything changed when I set it up and I have worked hours and hours trying to understand it.
The eMachines was so easy and I was always able to get online assistance if I had a problem..I tried to contact the microsoft online help regard but they said now that I have the Vista program they are unable to help and I need to contact the manufacturer..which is impossible to do..
I wish I could just go back to the old system cause I am so tired of trying to figure this out and had thought about taking it back but was told
I cant' exchange due to having all information on and now is probably to late anyway (I purchased 11-20-2007)
