Be very carsfull when you do this. Open all programs, go accessories and click on [run]then type[regedit]. When it opens, to to [edit] and click on [find]. When it opens type [high filters] then then click find. It will go to the file containd [high and low filters]. Left click each, one at a time then delete. Close [regedit] and restart. this should fix your problem. Again I state, be very carefull and delete only these two entries.
