Webcam, Keeps Closing Right After it Takes A picture?

Windows 7 Webcam Keeps Closing After i Take A Picture?
I Cant Take Or Capture Anything ... Solution Anybodyy??
When I Press it It Takes it Then Right After It Sais Close Program or Check online and close program?
i press view problem details and it says:

Why is it doing this And Why Cant i Take A picture Or Video Record Anythingg??

i have the Windows 7 Home premium (64-bit) With The Media Smart
Well I Have Skype And Yahoo Messenger i Video Chatt
Can That Have Something To Do With it I Do Take Alot! of pictures With it but Why isnt It Working


And i Got On Skype And I Tried to put a video Message And it said that the Webcamm Wasn't Connected To Skype.
i just got this Computer like Around December 27th of 2009!
What do i do??
