Windows Vista Update

webpage does not fill up screen,

Hi,
just updated my computer now my settings are screwy, webpage does not fit screen 100% anymore, worked fine before... text size does not stay constant either. i set text to largest and when i open new window i have to set text size and zoom size all over again. computer did not work like that before update???? before text size was largest all the time and webpages fit screen 100% all the time...
how do I fix these annoying problems?? please help
