Windows Vista Update

why windows vista just doesn't compare

I just got a new dell computer a month ago and it's driving me crazy.

This whole vista system is ridiculous.

From the day it was hooked up it constantly freezes (locks) up for no apparant reason.

It can do it 5 to l0 times a day depending on how much I'm using it.

I'm a Sr. Citizen , 81 years old, was proud of myself for learning to use a computer

I was using my son's l0 year old upgraded dell and I'd take it back in a minute...

It never locked up and it was a cinch getting my emails with ONE click.

How do I resolve this constant freezing up (with this brand new computer)?
