Windows Explorer folders

when you hover over a folder in xp the tooltip box that comes up has a line that says folders:subfolder.
In vista when you hover a folder with subfolders it lists the folder that you are hovering over, not any subfolders.
On folders without subfolders it doesnt display the list as expected.
