Ok heres the thing when i downloaded something this morning and after i downloaded it it sayed "windows explorer has stopped working and windows explorer needs to restart" like so many times i tryed to click on the stuff i downloaded but it doesnt let me so i tryed taskmanger and went to processes and ended windows explorer then my whole dexktop went blank i mean blank no taskbar nothin except tankmgr and firefox. can u please help me and btw i got viruses before and i deleted them but my dad sayed dont do this agian and it happened its laptop lol so yah can u please help me. i tryed to restart my comp but it doesnt do anything the same things keep happening i dont want to reboot my dads laptop because all his stuff is on there and hes out of town and i want to fix this quickly
