Windows Vista and sprint mobile broadband..

just bought a new laptop with windows vista home premium i have a sprint mobile broadband card.

the card connects to the network but when i click on internet explorer it won't go online i get a window stating that internet explorer has stopped working and it won't take me online.

what can i do to fix this problem
