Windows Vista Taskbar acting weird..

Hey ok so this is whats happning....after my laptop has been on for a while, the taskbar menu starts acting weird...

the part where the clock is supposed to be disappears and all my windows on the taskbar move into the start button lol....

so its like everything on the taskbar shifts left and overtakes whatever is on the left...anyone else havin this problem?
