Windows Vista Taskbar Bug...

Hello,

I just installed the new updates for Vista on 1-17-09 for my Toshiba Laptop L45-S7423, and it seems like there is a bug with the taskbar.

Sometimes when I restart my system, all the icons like sound, network, battery, etc.

don't show up in the system tray in the righ-hand corner. Other times, the task comes up, but is not transparent like it normally is. This is weird - anyone else have this problem?
