i updated my computer with your latest vista update (my comp was current on other updates too with vista) and it killed my sound/audio device (built in laptop speakers and mic ect) i have tried fixing it on my own, and to my great disappointment and irritation, it still has yet to fix itself.

thus i leave it to you to fix... i hope
